The following documents will be required for this process:

Dentists/Anaesthetists/Nurses

• AHPRA certificate and a declaration of any restrictions
• A valid professional indemnity certificate
• Influenza vaccination certificate

Specialist anaesthetists and peri-operative nurses only

• A valid Working with Children Check card

Althought dentists in Victoria are currently exempt from this requirement, we strongly recommend that they undertake this certification to align with our safety and compliance focused endeavours 

3AI Care reserves the right to undertake independent reviews with the relevant professional bodies, which may include police and identification checks.
