3AI Care is Melbourne's first free standing independent ambulatory care facility catering for dentists that is exclusively run by specialist staff with over twenty years of peri-operative care expertise.

Autonomy - Unlike other clinics, we are not associated with any one dental provider and are truly independent.

Accountability - Health care is complex. Patients and providers alike demand a service that is accountable, with clear communication and a strong focus towards patient safety.

All patient care is audited, and our staff also regularly complete quality assurance activities. Our commitment to constant improvement can be seen in all our clinical and administrative processes.

Accomplishment - We partner with specialist anaesthetists who are expert in the sub-specialty areas of dental and maxillofacial care, and many of whom continue to provide expert care in Melbourne's busiest public and private hospitals. Our anaesthesia service is ISO:9001 accredited, and will soon have EQUIP6 certification. Our service quality is under constant surveillance by the Victorian Department of Health. These endeavours in partnership offer our patients maximal safety with their peri-operative care needs.

Integrity - Our mission is to offer the safest possible dental ambulatory care in Victoria. Our clinicians have come together in part because they have and continue to observe sub-optimal care standards in the Victorian hospital sector in the course of their professional activities.  Our goal to avoid compromising on patient safety has led to the environment dental practitioners and their patients will experience when they attend 3AI Care. Our specialist anaesthetists include senior members of the Australian & New Zealand College of Anaesthetists' executive committee, and those who are also skilled in the management of trauma, organ transplants, heart and brain surgery and we are meticulous in engaging specialists who are well regarded for their expertise in dental and oral surgery care. 

In addition, many of our staff have worked extensively in intensive care units and providing aeromedical retrieval care, and this expertise has been utilised to design and build ambulatory care facilities across Australia.

For the first time, we are creating an independent, safety focused ambulatory care environment for the needs of dental and oral surgery practitioners and their patients.
